As I accept the challenge of becoming the 11th Chapter President of UAP Singapore, I want to sincerely express my gratitude to each member who have entrusted me with this responsibility.

It is an immense privilege that I deeply appreciate and collaborating with diligent and dedicated Filipino architects is a true honor. I would also like to extend my gratitude to my esteemed Board of Directors for their unwavering support and willingness to join my team when called upon.

 

A true leader, known as a Master Builder, bridges gaps between individuals, fosters understanding, and creates an inclusive and collaborative environment. Leaders in the industry and within professional organizations, they strengthen relationships and promote creativity, innovation, and overall team performance. As a leader, it is not merely about exerting control; it involves crafting a vision and empowering others to achieve greatness. Instead of allowing division to separate us, let us strive for greater unity and solidarity.
